Female representation in the neurointerventional world may be growing, but Johanna Fifi (Mount Sinai, New York, USA) and Anne-Christine Januel (Toulouse University Hospital, Toulouse, France) believe much more work can—and will—be done to carry this even further in the future.
In their respective roles within the Women in Neurointervention (WiN) and WiN@ESMINT groups, Fifi, Januel and many of their colleagues are engaging global conferences, educational seminars, social media, and much more, to ensure that gender parity continues to improve over the coming years.
